Why We Built This Site
Georgia leaves warrant confirmation with the county sheriff and the court tied to the case. In Clay County, the Sheriff serves criminal warrants, Magistrate Court issues arrest and search warrants within its role, Superior Court handles felony and general criminal cases, and Probate Court handles traffic citations. A municipal matter may require a separate city contact. Because an empty result from one source does not clear every court, we collect the verified public routes and explain what each office can confirm.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a Georgia court, sheriff's office, or state agency. Those limits matter:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
